Talvez se trate de un juego para elevar el Hype del próximo estreno de la película con el mismo nombre, pero lo que si hay que confesar es que a mas de uno excita la idea de poder jugar con Lebron en una aventura que no sea solo de baloncesto.

El día de hoy he abierto mi bandeja de inicio de mi Xbox y me veo con la noticia que entre las ventajas que tiene mi subscripción a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, está el acceso anticipado al juego arcade de Space Jam, diablos me puse muy contento. La verdad es una película que estoy esperando con ansias y mira nada que me encuentro con el juego de la película.

Sin dudarlo lo puse a descargar y después de unos minutos a jugarlo, a continuación les cuento mi experiencia.

Historia del Juego/ Game History

La historia se desarrolla en el año actual el 2021 y los pensamientos de la humanidad se encuentran controlados y almacenados en unos grandes servidores, una especie de maquinas.

En ella existe una Inteligencia artificial, llamada L-G Rythm la cual piensa apoderarse del mundo y las mentes humanas, eso es lo que yo entendí básicamente.

Lebron y los toons son atrapados por esta I.A y ellos tienen que luchar por salir de una dimensión en la que fueron transportados para que no puedan interferir en los planes de malvada inteligencia artificial.

No suena tan creativa la narrativa pero es una forma de ponerlos ahí contra el enemigo, les funciona porque al cabo de unos minutos ya te encuentras luchando por tu vida.

In it there is an artificial intelligence, called L.G Rythm which plans to take over the world, that's what I basically understood.

Lebron and the toons are trapped by this A.I. and they have to fight their way out of the dimension they were transported to so they can't interfere with the plans of the evil artificial intelligence.

The narrative doesn't sound that creative but it's a way to put them in there against the enemy, it works for them because after a few minutes you find yourself fighting for your life.

Jugabilidad/Gameplay

Es un arcade puro, al estilo de los Beat'em Up de los 80s y 90s pero con personajes muy conocidos, pues puedes elegir entre Bugs, Lebron y Lola Bunny.

Cada personaje tiene sus habilidades y estilos de pelea diferentes, yo elegí por supuesto a Lebron que es como un tanque pues arrolla a los rivales cuando corres hacia ellos y presionas X es muy6 divertido.

Además de dar puros botonazos para librarte de tus enemigos, puedes usar las cartas de habilñidades especiales que dan un boost a tu personaje, estas están representadas con loony toons icónicos de Warner como el demonio de Tazmania hace su poder de remolino y nockea a todos los rivales en pantalla, el correcaminos te da un boost de velocidad y así por el estilo.

Solo se usa la palanca y los cuatro botones principales así que los combos son variados pero no abundantes así que con una buena combinación que agarres en el camino podrás vencer a todos los personajes, yo lo probé en la dificultad original, y al terminar el juego que la verdad es muy corto (solo 35 minutos) se desbloquea la dificultad difícil y el modo de juego de solo Jefes.

You only use the joystick and the four main buttons so the combos are varied but not abundant so with a good combination that you grab along the way you can beat all the characters, I tried it on the original difficulty, and when you finish the game which is really very short (only 35 minutes) you unlock the hard difficulty and the bosses only game mode.

Conclusión/Conclution

Si Warner piensa cobrar por este juego , la verdad yo no pagaría por el, si es muy divertido poder jugar con Lebron o con Bugs pero el juego es muy corto, claro que eso es porque es una estrategia de mercadotecnia para elevar el Hype de la película como ya lo había mencionado.

Así que aparte de su gameplay tan básico y poco desafiante en dificultad, sin mencionar que tiene una música muy random que no te inspira ni emociona en lo mas mínimo, creo que Lebron se llevó muchas de las regalías y por eso no pudieron invertir en buena música.

En conclusión si el juego es gratuito , no esta mal para pasar un rato y talvez el modo solo jefes y la dificultad en Difícil tenga mas que ofrecer.

Como dato curioso dos de los jefes que salen en el juego hacen alusión a jugadores reales de la NBA uno es la ceja y el otro es la mamba blanca eso le da un toque divertido.

In conclusion if the game is free, it's not bad to spend some time and maybe the boss only mode and the difficulty on hard has more to offer.

As a curious fact two of the bosses that come out in the game allude to real NBA players one is the eyebrow and the other is the white mamba that gives it a fun touch.
