It's All About The Summoner

Since I started playing splinterlands I had some serious troubles actually leveling up and winning battles. It was just a constant blood bath that left me with 30+ minutes of battles before I could claim one reward card.

Ever after spending $200 on Untamed cards I still found myself losing battles and noticed that my cards really were not fighting at the levels they should have been often times still leading into a loss.

However that all changed today and let me tell you why.

It's all about the summoners!

I wasn't "lucky" enough to lock in many summoner cards in my pack openings and because of that all of mine were still level 1. This in turn made it so all of my cards were still limited to level one as well even though I did level them up.

I set out to level up my summoner cards and I have to tell you it wasn't that bad. Most cards could be picked up for about $0.30 or less. This meant leveling up to level two would cost me less than $1. Seemed like a good low cost invested to see what I could make of it.

Now that we are leveled up on that front I went back into battle. Quickly winning every battle I ran into and also now being a part of the Bronze two. I feel like we should be able to get to Bronze 1 or better by the end of this season. Going to be interesting locking in more than 5 loot chests at the end of this season for the first time.
