Happy Wednesday everyone! Stay safe! Stay at home... 4000++ cases today... OMG... And today is the first day of school... Luckily we are having online learning now... It is super scary to send our little ones to school now...

My girls have a great time "in school" (online) today... Compared to last year, the classes are much more organized and timetable are more compact now. At least they have more classes now. The school combine a few classes together to learn together... Keep up the great work to all the teachers and students!!!💪💪💪♥️♥️♥️

For today's walk... I am taking a walk down my memory lane... Going back in time to December 2019... Me and my family went back to my hometown and we went up the hill... To Kundasang...

My girls missed the Desa Dairy Farm... I missed the weather there... It was super cold the time we were there... I couldn't imagine we could have 13°C here in Malaysia...

Is dairy milk a big thing in Malaysia?

You are most welcome!
Milk is one of the main drinks for the kids...

I'm suprised that it is dairy milk that you guys consume over there as I thought that dairy was more of a GIANT western health scam!

I was under the impression that most Asian countries drank non dairy milks as a staple instead.

We do consume milk but not as much as in the Western countries.

Yeah that's good that you don't drink too much of it cause it's actually really bad for you- Humans were never meant to drink animal milk- we don't have the ability to digest it properly and if you consider that it is full of growth hormones to help a calf grow, then as human adult- especially a female should never be drinking it, as their becomes an over abundance of hormones which can result in a huge range of illnesses and health issues.

For me, I grew up in a dairy farming town (am there right now visiting my dad in fact...) and my dad drove the milk tankers for the local factory, so we did nothing when we were kids but guzzle megalitres of milk and eat tonnes of cheese and I started getting cysts in my groin and armpits when I was about 6-7 and no-one had any idea why.

Now I'm almost 50, I have had multiple surgeries over the years to get these cysts removed as they become so badly infected, I get really sick and the infection triggers my rare CAVS heart condition and gives me heart attacks (4 since 2010- 3 in 2018).

So in 2016, recovering from surgery after another cyst removal, I decided that I had finally had enough and did some research to find out why I get cysts.

I came across a whole bunch of medical journals and decided to experiment on myself.

It was as simple as giving up dairy milk. NO cysts.

I drank some milk again. Boom, the next day a cysts the size of my thumb appeared.

I gave it up again. No cysts for months.
I was visiting my mum when she was in hospital dying from bowel cancer in 2017 and had just eaten some cake and was desperate for a complimentary drink- like milk and she had a little bottle of milk- 300mls, so thinking that that much wouldn't hurt, I drank it and BOOM the next day a big cyst.

I stopped drinking it again and not one single cyst until one day about 6 months later I ordered an iced chocolate using non-dairy milk and I saw her pouring dairy milk in there and I was in a hurry so I thought don't worry, I'll drink it anyway, it's not going to kill me and that's the very last time I drank it cause the next day I had a cyst pop up the size of a golf ball in my groin which turned into an abcess and triggered my heart condition and had 3 heart attacks from it within a week.

I also have to go and have 6 month ultrasounds and mammograms because my boobs are so dense with cysts, so I am forever getting them either aspirated or biopsied for breast cancer (can you imagine the deep down worry there..)

Now one of my best school friends, who grew up and still lives on a dairy farm, told me that her 25yr old daughter also has very cysty dense boobs too and she blamed it on the KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken).

We didn't have KFC here when I was growing up ( it was hours away so never ate it), so the fact that we both from the same area, a generation apart but yet have the same cysty dense boobs- the common denominator here is the dairy milk that we both consumed.

I have not had any dairy milk since 16th March 2018 and have not had 1 cyst (armpit/groin) since. Freakin HAPPY about that too!

So before you stuff yourselves full of it- or even a little bit of it, think about it first and if you're worried about missing out on the calcium, eat sprouts instead. There's supposed more calcium in them than milk anyway.

And then consider the cruelty imposed upon all of the cows- the mothers, their calves and how they are treated and killed.

Please do your family a huge favour and take all of this into consideration so none of you have health issues in the future.
