🍄🥬 Fried Black Mushrooms 🥬 🍄 An Ital/Vegan Recipe
Hello dear friends! I come again with another recipe, fried black mushrooms. I love eating mushrooms more than vegetables, and I love all kinds of them.
I know this recipe from my Cambodian friend, and I want share it with my friends on Hive too. It’s easy to make and the ingredients are simple, and it is so delicious with rice. Maybe it’s delicious with other things also, but I love eating with rice.

👩🍳 Fried Black Mushrooms (Ital) Recipe 🔪
- 12 dried black mushrooms
- 1 piece ginger
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 white pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt or taste
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or taste
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- olive oil for fry
Soak dried mushrooms for three hours or more. After simmer them until soft, then remove from the hot water, but keep the water. Chops garlic and slice ginger.
Heat oil and fry ginger a little until brown, then add garlic and fry until aromatic.
Add mushrooms and stir-fry one to two minutes. Then add salt, pepper, soy sauce, black soy sauce, and sugar. Stir a little and add mushroom water and the water. Simmer until the water is almost gone.
After simmering there should only be a little water left. They’re very soft and tasty. My husband said, its water tastes like American BBQ 😀. I said I don't know how to make BBQ-sauce.
