Good Day, We Got Gifts From The USA 💸📦 But A Hard Day, No Water Everywhere 💧
Hello dear friends! How are you all? Today is a good day! We got a box from my parents in law in the USA. It’s a very hard day too because we have no water to use with everything. We have no water to use maybe a month already. Every day we take water from the landlord’s house in buckets, but today everywhere no water around our area.
We want to buy water from the store but they have only small bottles. Our landlord said, "All Suriname no water now," and we asked him why? He said he doesn't know too. When my husband go to the city to get the box, he asked the people over there, and they said they have water every day, not like our landlord said.
It is hard to take water from the landlord’s house a long time already. Now no water for dishwashing, for cooking and for everything. This morning my husband pooped and put all the water in the toilet, and there was still poop in the toilet. When he go to get more water in the bucket, there is no water at the landlord's place. I feel I want to poop too, but I control myself because I don’t want to poop on his poop, lol.
I am sorry about this story, but it’s a real life story. We are bored, but we talk about that and made us a big laughing. The people living in our apartment, they say that they want to ask the landlord for a discount because of this problem. We don’t know what's happened with this country. I just hope have water tomorrow and we leave here soon.

My mother-in-law sent dried vegetables because she know we do not have much vegetables. This is my first time I know and see dried vegetables in my life.
She sent so many toys for our daughters.

Water is life and very essential to Humans life.
I really do not know what the state in the country is doing. People's houses about 100 meters away from the main road, it’s not had running water for about a month. I really wonder what they are doing, not looking at the hardships of the people. Thank you my friend for your comment.
What a wonderful surprise! A little something for everyone! That is such a crime to not have any water available for people. And it truly doesn't seem right for them to have it in the city and not out where you live. I feel bad that you have to live this way. It's so inhumane and I can hardly wait to see all of you leave there.
The poop story is sadly hilarious. I know most people don't think in terms like that but when it's real and it's happening to you, the only thing you can do is laugh because otherwise you would cry.
You can dehydrated vegetables in a dehydrator and then rehydrate them again for Soups and stews. I have a dehydrator and they're very inexpensive and worthy to have if you have your own garden or you buying abundance of something when it is cheap. I think of all of you and hope that there will be a way for you to leave there soon and I am glad that permission has been granted. Be safe always.
There are not many vegetables here and in my country have so much fresh vegetables. I can’t wait to leave here soon my friend but we need waiting for the last vaccination day and the day of the flight out of this country. I am so happy for your gifts but for the lack of water I am angry and sad. How can it be. People should have water before anything. The world is full of water and you can't get it. As for the pooping, you should just go in the bush. It's not good to hold it in.

Yes, my friend, I did it already in yesterday but it’s not easy, I need to look around me a lot hahaha. I really wonder what they are doing, not looking at the hardships of the people. That's great news receiving that box from your mother-in-law. But the question is the shortage of water. How long it has been when I read your post about it. Can't you find another place to live where it is not hard to have water. I mean water is very important of course.
Yes, the water is very important for us but this country is not easy to find the apartment or house and it’s very expensive in the big city. I hear from the landlord this problem has around Paramaribo of Suriname, in my place I living it’s in Paramaribo too. So if I move to other house, this problem is the same. Now we are waiting for the last vaccination day and the day of the flight out of this country. Thank you for your feedback 🙏🏻
Truly, its not easy if there is no water. We have experienced that situation also here in our place.
Luckily, we have a waterpump here and we are happy about it. All we have to do is fetched water in a several meters away because the waterpump is far enough to our house. 😂
Normally like this in some where in the countryside but this we live around the city and we pay so much money for apartment but no water. Thank you for your feedback 😊.
