Introduction to the Binance Smart Chain (BSC)

DeFi is a great opportunity for the cryptocurrency market and we have seen how much it has grown in 2020 and with it the difficulties related to managing transactions on the blockchain network: high costs and slowness of transactions are the main problems that still persist and make difficult to use decentralized exchanges such as Uniswap for example. Binance has decided to create a parallel blockchain, based on the Dual-Chain architecture that allows you to maintain excellent communication between the two chains but at the same time be independent, the Binance Smart Chain or BSC.

The Binance Smart Chain is decentralized and block validations are done through the Proof Of Stake Authority (or PoSA) system, and the currency in question is BNB. The PoSA does not guarantee rewards in BNB generated from scratch but guarantees the commissions generated by the transactions of the validated block. So BSC has its own autonomy able to work even if the Binance Chain is offline and this is a huge advantage as it would avoid a flooding of the network. The BSC is compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and this allows the tokens present on the Ethereum network to also exist in the Binance network.

The token is a BEP-20, very similar to the ERC-20, and this requires a conversion to Moneta Pegged, keeping the exact same value. So 1 BTC will be concert in 1 BTCB, keeping the same value (it will be Binance to make this happen, the user will not have to do anything). The key to DeFi are decentralized exchanges and here are born Pancakeswap, Bakeryswap and Burgerswap which perform the same functions as Uniswap on Ethereum, i.e. pools in which it is possible to stake a pair of coins, one of which is the reference currency of the exchange in order. CAKE, BAKE AND BURGER and get rewards in the designated currency. A very simple system, even graphically speaking, with quick and cheap transactions, on average $ 0.25 against the tens of dollars of gas for Ethereum.

A DeFi that evidently convinces investors as liquidity is growing more and more, at the moment over 1 billion dollars are locked in the exchange pools and the prices of the reference currencies are following an important bullish movement, led by BNB that has broken through the wall of $ 100, currently settling between $ 130 and $ 140 but nothing prevents me from thinking that it will still go up a lot in the coming weeks. A Binance burn mechanism that will destroy 100,000,000 BNB, which is 50% of the total BNB issued (200,000,000 BNB) on a quarterly basis, based on the number of trades executed on the exchange.

The Binance Smart Chain was born as early as 2019 with the aim of speeding up trading and decentralization and attracting developers for the creation and development of decentralized applications. BSC therefore represents a great innovative tool for the management of decentralized finance and has the merit of having come at the right time when the market is in a new Bullish phase and this will be able to guarantee large flows of money without congesting the network.

La DeFi è una grande opportunità per il mercato delle cryptovalute e abbiamo visto quanto sia cresciuto nel 2020 e con essa le difficoltà legate alla gestione delle transazioni sulla rete blockchain: costi elevati e lentezza delle transazioni sono le maggiori problematiche che tutt'ora persistono e rendono difficile l'utilizzo di Exchange decentralizzati come Uniswap ad esempio. Binance ha deciso di creare una blockchain parallela, basata sull'architettura Dual-Chain che permette di mantenere un'ottima comunicazione tra le due catene ma allo stesso di essere indipendenti, la Binance Smart Chain o BSC.

La Binance Smart Chain è decentralizzata e convalide dei blocchi avviene attraverso il sistema Proof Of Stake Authority (o PoSA), e la moneta in questione è BNB. Il PoSA non garantisce premi in BNB generati ex novo ma garantisce le commissioni generate dalle transazioni del blocco convalidato. Quindi BSC ha una sua autonomia in grado di funzionare anche se la Binance Chain sia offline e ciò è un enorme vantaggio in quanto eviterebbe un ingolfamento della rete. La BSC è compatibile con la Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) e ciò permette ai token presenti sulle rete Ethereum di poter esistere anche nella rete Binance.

Il token è un BEP-20, molto simile agli ERC-20, e ciò richiede una conversione in Moneta Pegged, conservando lo stesso identico valore. Quindi 1 BTC sarà concerto in 1 BTCB, mantenendo lo stesso valore (sarà Binance a far sì che ciò accada, l'utente non dovrà fare nulla). La chiave della DeFi sono gli exchange decentralizzati e qui nascono Pancakeswap, Bakeryswap e Burgerswap che svolgono le stesse funzioni di Uniswap su Ethereum ossia piscine in cui è possibile mettere in stake una coppia di monete, di cui una è la moneta di riferimento dell'exchange in ordine. CAKE, BAKE E BURGER ed ottenere ricompense nella moneta designata. Un sistema molto semplice, anche graficamente parlando, con transazioni rapido ed economiche, mediamente 0,25$ contro le decine di dollari del gas per Ethereum.

Una DeFi che convince evidentemente gli investitori poiché la liquidità cresce sempre più, al momento oltre 1 miliardo di dollari sono bloccati nelle pool degli exchange e le quotazioni delle monete di riferimento stanno seguendo un movimento rialzista importante, guidato da BNB che ha sfondato il muro dei 100 $, attualmente si assesta tra i 130 e 140 dollari ma nulla mi vieta di pensare che potrà ancora salire di molto nelle prossime settimane. Un meccanismo di burn di Binance che distruggerà 100,000,000 BNB, somma che rappresenta il 50% dei BNB totali emessi (200,000,000 BNB) a cadenza trimestrale, in base al numero di operazioni eseguite sull'exchange.

La Binance Smart Chain nasce già nel 2019 con l'obiettivo di velocizzare il trading e la decentralizzazione ed attirare sviluppatori per la creazione e sviluppo di applicazioni decentralizzate. BSC rappresenta quindi un grande strumento innovativo per la gestione della finanza decentralizzata ed ha il merito di essere giunto al momento giusto in cui il mercato è in una nuova fase Bullish e ciò potrà garantire grandi flussi di denaro senza congestionare la rete.
