A bit drizzly morning here in our side of town and oddly as it may sound, it kind of controlled the cold air so today is a bit warmer than usual. There is no biting cold so to speak which we often feel during this time of the year.

It's quite funny that I felt the night was rather long so I got off the bed early and went out of the house quarter to 6 am. It must have been a force of nature that called me out there because I was able to watch a beautiful scene by the front yard (4th and 5th photo).

The full moon was sort of bidding the day good bye and it lit up that part of the sky. And it was mesmerizing which unfortunately, the camera's ability was so limited it could not reflect the scenery any better.

It was a spectacle to wake up to and I felt fortunate to have seen today. And between brewing coffee and a talk to my dear Ate, I observed another cool view (1st to 3rd photos) and as always, I could not let it pass by so click... click... click! I had to say "will call you right back" to my sister for me to really enjoy the view knowing that it will change any minute, lol!

But yeah, it's always great to watch the sky do its thing - changing from darkness to light in so short a time, from purplish to bluish and other colors; clouds hovering atop hills and mountains, fog slowly dissipating... Simply astonishing!

So if you haven't had the chance to look up and watch the sky for a while, I dare you to take a moment, look up at that vast canvas and perhaps enjoy as it plays many things that we tend to not notice while we are busy chasing rainbows hehe!

Anyway, today is a holiday in the Roman Catholic's calendar. It's the day to commemorate the immaculate conception of the Virgin Mary which according to history was defined by Pope Pius IX as a dogma on 8th December 1854 yet still being faithfully celebrated through today.

I learned to look up to the sky from you.
Before I met you here on Hive, I do look up to the sky but not often.

But now I look to the sky every day to be motivated for a brighter future.

I always do alot of staring too,
Like it feels soo peaceful and beautiful anytime one gets to look up at the sky,
There is this feeling of excitement and electrifying feelings too ..
Nature is indeed wonderful and amazing too☺️
