Hello dear friends of hive, this time I wanted to share with you one of my favorite masks (aloe vera mask) for the complete care of our body; in my case I use it mainly for the care of my face and hair but it is up to you if you want to use it.

Hola queridos amigos de hive en esta oportunidad quise compartir con ustedes una de mis mascarilla favoritas (Mascarilla de sábila) para el cuidado completo de nuestro cuerpo; Yo en mi caso la utilizo principalmente para el cuidado de mi rostro y cabello pero queda departe de vosotros para que la quieran utilizar.

Materials

One bowl
One set
A knife
A container with water
A stalk of aloe vera

Materiales

Un tazón
Un plató
Un cuchillo
Un envase con agua
Una penca de sábila

To begin I started by cutting an aloe vera stalk from one of the pots in my house: (when cutting the aloe vera stalk it is preferable to choose the one that is closer to the root because it absorbs more nutrients).

Para empezar comenzé por cortar una penca de sábila de una de las masetas de mi casa: (a la hora de cortar la penca de sábila es preferible optar por la que esté más cerca de la raíz pues está absorbe más nutrientes).

After cutting it proceed to introduce it in a container with water and let the yellow liquid distill.

Luego de cortala proceder a introducir en un recipiente con agua y dejar que destile el líquido amarillo.

Then proceed to remove the spines from the sides and their green coating to leave only the glass.

Seguido de esto proceder a remover las espinas de los laterales y su recubrimiento verde para dejar solo el cristal.

Once the crystal is extracted, I proceed to liquefy it until it looks like this (without the help of water!) And finally I proceed to apply it on my face and hair, leaving it on for 15 to 20 minutes.

Ya extraído el cristal procedo a licuarlo hasta que quede asi (¡Sin ayuda de Agua!) Y final mente procedo a aplicarla en mi cara y cabello dejando actuar por 15 o 20 minutos.

After a while we let it dry! And remove with plenty of water with the help of shampoo.

Luego de un rato dejamos secar! Y sacamos con abundante agua con ayuda de shampoo.
