Bajando por mi feed en Hive me encontré con una iniciativa interesante propuesta por @reymoya95, no dude mucho en hacerla ya que soy una personas que compra en muchas tiendas (Online) frecuentemente y tengo una experiencia bastante grande con emprendimientos en mi ciudad, también fuera de ella porque en varios ocasiones he comprado en tiendas de otros estados.

Scrolling down my feed on Hive I found an interesting initiative proposed by @reymoya95, I did not hesitate much to do it because I am a person who buys in many stores (Online) frequently and I have a fairly large experience with ventures in my city, also outside of it because on several occasions I have bought in stores in other states.

¿Que tipo de Cliente soy?

Principalmente siempre se lo que quiero comprar, investigo antes para saberlo todo y observo los perfiles de las tiendas para no preguntar cosas que están a simple vista. Hago las preguntas necesarias y me fijo mucho en la atención que recibo de las tiendas, si la atención al cliente es muy mala simplemente no compro y busco otra tienda. Cuando me gusta mucho los productos, los precios, la atención y otros detalles siempre me quedo como cliente fija, me he hecho amiga de varias chicas que llevan sus tiendas y por ser una buena clienta me apartan mercancía, me hacen regalitos y son muy flexibles conmigo, claro que no abuso de esto y trato de no tener ningún tipo de problemas al respecto.

What kind of customer am I?

Mainly I always know what I want to buy, I research before to know everything and I look at the profiles of the stores so I don't ask things that are at a glance. I ask the necessary questions and I pay a lot of attention to the attention I receive from the stores, if the customer service is very bad I just don't buy and look for another store. When I really like the products, prices, attention and other details I always stay as a regular customer, I have made friends with several girls who run their stores and for being a good customer they set aside merchandise for me, give me gifts and are very flexible with me, of course I do not abuse this and try not to have any problems in this regard.

Consejos para las Tiendas

Al consumir mucho contenido de tiendas online he aprendido que una de las cosas más importantes es la buena atención al cliente. También saber lo que están vendiendo y no solo vender por vender. Tener los precios establecidos en cada publicación (es muy difícil que yo compré algo si no tiene el precio a la vista, preguntar es muy fastidioso). Expresarse correctamente a la hora de comunicar cosas a los clientes y tener una buena actitud. Son consejos básicos pero que van a marcar la diferencia, hay muchas tiendas que visiblemente son un desastre y culpan de muchas cosas a los clientes, yo personalmente considero que el cliente no siempre tiene la razón, pero si el cliente se va feliz y contento la tienda va a tener muy buenas recomendaciones a la larga.

Tips for Stores

By consuming a lot of online store content I have learned that one of the most important things is good customer service. Also knowing what they are selling and not just selling for the sake of selling. Have the prices established in each publication (it is very difficult for me to buy something if you do not have the price in sight, asking is very annoying). Express yourself correctly when communicating things to customers and have a good attitude. These are basic tips but they will make a difference, there are many stores that are visibly a disaster and blame many things to customers, I personally believe that the customer is not always right, but if the customer leaves happy and happy the store will have very good recommendations in the long run.

Finalmente les debo decir que llevar una tienda no es tan fácil como parece, valoro mucho a los emprendedores que hacen un trabajo excelente y a los mas allegados los recomiendo ampliamente por su buen servicio, es necesario apoyarnos entre todos para lograr un éxito mas grande.
