HOW I MADE A SQUARE SHAPED FEMALE HANDBAG WITH THE NEW SEWING MACHINE I JUST BOUGHT

Hello hiveians💕, just yesterday i posted a sewing machine i just got about 2 days ago which will be used mainly for making bags. fast forward to today work has began already and i made a square shaped female handbag for a customer.
Just like i do learn from other people's innovations and creativities on this hive platforms, i'd like to share how i made the bag from start to finish.

This is a picture illustrating the particular bag i want to make with the appropriate measurements.
The main body of the bag, the length is 30inch and the width is 13inch, the sides of the is 11.5 x 3 inch while the hand is 2 x 17inch.
Having gotten the measurements i want to use i cut out the materials;the body, the sides and the 2 hands of the bag.

After cutting the material,i fix the zip at both ends of the body, then i find the middle of the body and joined it with the sides. After joining the 2 sides to the main body, i added the hand to the bag, and then add the zip head to the zip.

I was taking constant measurements of the bag to be sure the hand is placed at the central without any error, so also the sides of the bag.


It took me about 2 hours to finish.

I guess the bag is nice, or what do you guys think? Being a man and making women handbag gives me a great joy actually.
