#PixiePost #FridayFreedom #PowerOfSayingNo

Another week has come & gone...it has been a wild one, to say the least. Working on a lot of things on the blockchain online as well as my business & things off line, it has been keeping me running….

Out of that, I encountered a situation recently, which was a bit challenging….even though all’s well that ends well, it started making me think of how important it is to master the art of saying no. Being selective in what we say yes to can be helpful & also contribute to our mental & physical well being…

But doing so isn’t always easy & sometimes misunderstandings can happen...so in today’s video, I dive a little deeper into this topic so we can begin to understand WHY we feel we have to say yes to everything & how we can change this negative pattern….

Don’t miss it as we explore different topics in the Freedom Friday series, regarding our own personal freedoms & unlocking the chains of society conditioning...

This is so important topic, that I find it unbelievable that nobody commented before me...

Yes, I like the movie "Yes Man", but the power of NO can't be forgotten... The power of saying NO can save our life, and definitely saves us some nerves...

When you were talking about saying no in a hesitating mode I jave recognized myself immediately... I'm so bad in saying NO, and I'm doing exactly like that... Trying to "soften" my NO, and than more pursuading comes from the other side... I usually don't change my opinion despite pursuation, but it gets worse for both sides involve... And usually happens exactly the thing that I wanted to avoid... The hard way...

As you said, it should be respect from both sides... Accepting NO, and moving forward without having some hard feelings is the same hard as saying NO...

Thanks for bringing this important topic on the table...

You're so welcome & thank you for your kind words. :)

I felt this was such an important topic & also to acknowledge that there are always two sides of the story as well. While we are responsible for whether we say no or not, the receiving party has to understand boundaries & respect as well.

Believe me, as I said in the video, I struggle with this sometimes even now. But now I locked in the Honey Badger attitude (on a softer scale) & ask myself those questions I mentioned first. If they don't pass that test, the word is NO! ;)

Thanks again, Zoltan. And YOU are awesome! ;) 💚

Yes setting boundaries are so important and yet it is something so many of us find difficult to do. The fear of letting others down is definitely a huge part of it, but we need to follow our intuition. This is a great topic to be discussing and I love how you said,

when we say no to one thing we say yes to ourselves for another thing.

This is such a wonderful thing to remember!

Thank you so much for your valuable comment. :)

Yes, the saying yes to yourself thought just came to me one day when I was fretting about saying no to something (even though I had no interest in doing it) because of that fear of letting someone down. I think the Universe was reminding me that it's in alignment with the "letting go of old energy so new energy can come in" philosophy...

If we keep letting others dictate our path, then we will never reach our desired destination. The Power of No is just as powerful as saying Yes ;)

Thanks again for stopping by & I am glad it resonated for you! 🙏 💚
