You're most welcome, Zoltan! It really helped me remember what was important. We all need that reminder sometimes.

I have been struggling a lot with showing gratitude and being grateful in general... Blaming my childhood and some weird relationships for that, but I have to take some responsibility for myself...

I think we all struggle with this sometimes for different reasons. For me, I get so wrapped up in my anxiety (when it is triggered) that I tend to lose focus on what really matters. Overthinking gets in the way of that so now when I feel myself going down that road, I try to stop and remember something that is a blessing. It actually works. :)
