It's amazing what you can find when you go through your computer files (or even your physical ones if you are old-school). For the past couple of weeks, I have been rediscovering items I forgot I had - some stories, photos & even a couple of videos....

The photos I may share at another time, but a video I found was something I had to share today. It is super short (for me) & is pretty raw in the footage, even though I edited it a bit to spruce it up....but the experience was definitely very real...

Yes, it is the Lost File of the Hotel Series....

Apparently, this took place in early 2019 as I was having another "lovely" morning doing what I did best, dealing with the public in complete & utter awe as usual....frazzled & dazzled of course...

For those who have might missed this loved series, I put a few links to the other Hotel Life videos so you can have a laugh...

So, on this Sunday, here is a quick glimpse back into this series....

The Hotel Life mini-series ran from late 2017 to 2019. Most of them had been on the Steem blockchain but never was brought to #HIVE.

As most of you know, I work in the hotel industry, Due to the world pandemic, I am on furlough/medical leave at the moment & not sure if I will return, which is fine since I am ready to pursue my passions full time.

Working with the public is hard sometimes, as many of you can relate. It can be very rewarding, especially when you are able to help others in difficult situations, but it can also be extremely taxing, both physically & mentally. Unfortunately, not every one is kind.

So, instead of being angry or letting it get to me in serious ways, I started filming what really happens behind the scenes; the voice behind the phone. It shows a comedic side to things as well as tiny subliminal gems of wisdom.

Ha ha ha ha thank you! Yeah, I happened to find this & had to post it, even though it wasn't that long. But it made me miss the Hotel Vlogs (not the job lol)....

With customer service, you definitely get all kinds lol. I think if I hadn't recorded these experiences, I would have forgotten a lot of those moments. But there are definitely a few that stick in your mind, both good & bad...😂🤣
