As autumn is making its entrance in many areas of the world, it is a time for transition & reflection. In some ways, things slow down & even take pause for a short time. For some, creative ideas start coming to light & intensive self work continues…
I love this season for many reasons…one is because it is a time to realign from within & even reprioritize what is truly important to oneself….what might be important to one is not always the same for another …but, unfortunately, obstacles prevent a lot of us from rediscovering what our individual joy is….
Today, in this Mindful Monday, I talk a little more in depth about this in a transparent manner...
Just a disclaimer: while this video is lighthearted overall, this is also a bit direct as well. This is just my perspective so keep that in mind...

Fall is one of my favorite seasons. Love the smell of the air and the ground,smell of wood burning, and the colors of fall. I am sure that whatever you decide to do you will be great at it. You seem to be pretty level headed about the world and your place in it.
Fall time is truly magical....pure coziness. The only sad thing is it doesn't last very long here in Nevada usually. Last year was the first longer fall we had in a long while. So, I hope that happens again this time around. :)

Fall is the season when leaves are FOMOing to fall down from the streets, and people go crazy about everything... The summer is over, vacations are over, wallets are empty, and FOMO is a logical way to come back...
The problem is that this year is different, as there is no way "back"... Buckle your seatbelt, Dorothy...

This is probably why I am excited for this change of season and change in direction. Why would we even want to go back to sleep? It's more empowering knowing your own voice & growing FORWARD, not backward. It is time to kick FOMO to the curb. I know it's no longer a wanted visitor in my life as I go forward in my own truth. I know you are going to thrive in yours as well! :)
