Sabre Shark- An angry Shark in water Splinter

Hello and Namaste Friends,

I hope you are having a good time with your family and friends and also staying safe at the place wherever you are. This is my splinterlands battle share post for this week. I shared my tips and strategies I followed to win the battle. I did some battling this morning in this new season. I have started playing again and increasing my rating slowly.

This week's theme card is Sabre Shark from water Splinter and I had this card for a long so it was not needed to buy. It's not an extraordinary card but certainly a good one. I have a level 1 card but still, it does a nice job in the battle.

Now Let's also have a look at the statistics for this card. We need to go through it to know more about the card and figure out the capabilities of any card. It's a very important part to know about any card. Without going through stats it's difficult to conclude whether the card is good or not.
Sabre Shark is a common card from the water monster in the alpha and beta print edition. This card is available from levels 1 to 10 and it also has the ability of the Sneak. I like the cards having any ability from level 1 because there are many cards with no abilities at all while this card has two abilities at level 1.

Cards Line-up and for the Battle

I got 26 mana for this battle and it's good I had the mana to pick nice cards. I picked up 6 cards and including the chicken that's like a bonus card which I have in gold foil. I picked these cards to win the battle and my selected cards played so well.

  • Sea Monster
  • Spinerback Turtle
  • Sabre Shark
  • Ruler of the Seas
  • Halfling Alchemist
  • Furious Chicken

Sea Monster

This monster is one of the best cards in the water splinter team and it has both abilities to attack and even restore it life after each shot. Because of its healing power, it helps to win the battle. I kept it at the front because it can attack and also heal itself.

Spinerback Turtle

There was no card more than 4 mana because of the battle theme so I picked this one and put it in front because it's a nice one to have on slot 1. It's quite a powerful card in the water monster and I use it quite often.

Sabre Shark

Sabre Shark is the theme card in this week's challenge and its not a new card for me as I have already played many battles with this one. This is a kind of card that should not be placed in front or at the end so I kept it in the middle for better performance.

Ruler of the Seas

The best of this card is that it hits on two cards in one attempt and this is what makes this card special. the one I have is from Level 1 but it's pretty good and attacks nicely. I can say that this card is the one that attacks two cards in one attack.

Halfling Alchemist

Alchemist is a great addition in the battle because it does reduce the amount of attacking by 50% and that helps a lot to win the battle. It was released when bitcoin Halfling even was there and that's why its ability is influenced by Bitcoin.

Furious Chicken

I kept Furious chicken in the last place as it's a kind of bonus card that I have got zero mana and since my mana is less so every card matters. My strategy to keep it, at the last, worked so well.

Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?

Whatever strategy I planned for this battle went pretty well and I won this battle. I will try more ways to play with it in future battles depending upon mana and theme for the same.

Do you use the Sabre Shark often? Why or why not?

Sabre Shark is a good card in the water monster that is surely worth keeping into account because it has the nice ability. I try to play some battles while I play with the water team and use this card many times. I have played so many battles with this card and I like its performance. I will surely use this card in my future battles.
