NEWBIES INITIATIVE
We have moved a step further in the year and now in the month of march which brings us to the Newbies Initiative Batch for March Newbies.
Yesterday, I published the February Newbies Analysis which shows the newbies that made it to the end of the month and their growth over time.
I believe this month would be full of engaging task, support, and knowledge concerning Hive for the March Batch of Newbies.
INICIATIVA PARA NOVATOS
Hemos avanzado un paso más en el año y ahora en el mes de marzo que nos lleva al Lote de la Iniciativa Novatos para los novatos de marzo.
Ayer, publicé el Análisis de novatos de febrero que muestra a los novatos que llegaron a fin de mes y su crecimiento con el tiempo.

HOW TO APPLY:
Visit the SMILE Discord server, then paste your hive introductory post link in the #newbie-introductory-posts channel. After that, you are required to write a newbie participation post in which would be used to analyze if you truly understand the requirements and benefits of this initiative.
NOTE: Those who I categorize as newbies are those with reputation lesser than 60 and Hive Power lower than 500 HP

NEWBIES PARTICIPATION POST
This participation post is required to be done by newbies whose introductory post has been shared in the SMILE Discord server under the #newbie-introductory-post channel. Below are what the participation posts should contain.
- An application post participating in the Newbie Initiative
- What the Initiative is about with a link to the original post i.e the benefits and requirements.
- Your present reputation and Hive Power
- What is your purpose or reasons for partaking in this Initiative
- Use the tag #new-bie as your first 5 tags so that other authors can track your post.
NOTE: Only five newbies would be selected to participate in this initiative so, it's necessary to follow the rules below to be selected:
- Your entries should be written in your own words and not a copy and paste of what is written here.
- Post title should contain "Newbies Initiative March Batch Application"
- Use #new-bie as one of your first five tags
- Contact @tripode in the SMILE DISCORD SERVER to get a badge to use as your application post header picture.
- Set your application post to 100% Hive Power then share it to #newbies-posts in SMILE DISCORD SERVER.

NOTE: All newbies interested in this initiative are to make their entry before 7th of March 0:00 UTC which is the deadline for submission.
If you are new to Hive and you want to take part in this initiative, you still have the chance to. All you need to do is:
- Join the SMILE Discord Server
- Paste your Hive introductory post into the #newbie-introductory-posts channel
- Make a Newbie participation post containing the requirements listed above and use the tag #new-bie as one of your first five tags.
If you have a newbie friend that you think this initiative can be of help to, then I would appreciate sharing this post to them to give it a try.

Benefits:
--Newbies would be set as 15% beneficiary of all newbies initiative task post and would get support on posts shared in #newbies-initiative-posts channel in the SMILE DISCORD SERVER
--Newbies would receive 25% of my autovote i.e $0.15+ on two publications they make daily, if so far my voting power isn't below 85%.
--Newbies can ask anything they want to know about Hive or blogging related in our SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-chat under the "NEWBIES INITIATIVE" category.

Requirements:
--Set your rewards to 100% Hive Power in order to build the account and solve the issue with resource credits. I will explain how that can be done if you don´t know.
--Participating newbies are expected to publish everyday, at least one post a day. This is very possible to attain, that's why I would recommend joining The 30 Days Blogging Challenge hosted by The Blogging Challenge Community which would help to achieve the goal of daily blogging on Hive.
--Posts made by participating newbies are advised to be shared in the SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-initiative-posts under the "ALIENTO" category in which newbies can engage with each other by commenting on shared posts. I will be on the look out for healthy comments and supporting them either through upvotes or tips via @peakd tipping system.
