IAAC #42 cooking roasted chicken

Hey you guys I hope you had a wonderful day same as I did because today I roasted chicken leg and thigh it was amazing so I am gonna tell you the whole process.

First of all I marinated chicken pieces with Tika powder and some yoghurt then let it marinate for around 8 hours

Usually Tika is made on coal fire but I didn't know how to cook on coal and didn't had a cooking grill so i try to make it in oven and it turned out well

After cooking for around 30 minutes not well in perfectly cooked so I eat it with naan bread and it tasted amazing that's it for me guys peace @aiovo
