In my opinion different stroke for different folks. I assume if everyone is active at night, then it will some how become as ineffective as it is during the day.

Working smart is key, however i believe there are different means to work smart. Depends on what works for every individual

Hard works with smart works = smart works

Hard works without smart works = hard labor

Hard work is important though, but smart work is most required if maximum rewards is expected

Yeah, I agree that smart work tops hard work however who's to say smart work should be done at night only?
I feel like you can achieve that goal regardless of the time of day you commit to your work.

You might not see the need for it yet, but I tell you, when the time comes.

When meetings and occasions take the day, there will be need to utilize the night hours.

It's all about utilization, someone with the zeal of success would not waste his time sleeping 8 to 10 hours a day.
