#POBDAILY (#21): Felicitating with Friends on Induction
Hello and welcome back to my page. I am @daniky and this is the day 21 of my entry to the #pobdaily challenge, an initiative of @marvinix and @dwayne16. Kindly follow me as i brief you on how i spent my day.
On the 14th being an extension of June 12th holiday, i had a great moment coupled with a course and induction seminar i attended. It was really an awesome experience. I've once been to such a seminar about 2years ago but decided to attend for more knowledge of Customer Relationship Management. I learnt a lot as new ideas flowed through my mind and i was able to contribute and ask questions during the interactive session. It was really an awesome moment.
I used the opportunity to congratulate most of my friends that were newly induced as an associate professional arm of the Chartered Institute of Costumer Relationship and Management before i left the venue. Before then, the whether was hot and dull but rained heavily in the evening.
I'm using this medium to appreciate @dwayne16 and @marvinix for hosting this wonderful initiative and wish to invite interested #hiveans to be part of this daily challenge.

Also I want to know the different ideas that flowed while you were participating in the seminar
@edystringz, What i learnt cut across business management, events planning, feedback improvement and after sales services, improved ideas on benchmarking, strategic marketing, behavioral etiquettes, how to manage customers and use them to boost your business growth by direct or indirect strategic means, Multilevel marketing and reference was made to blogging as well. It was really a tall and awesome moment. I believe there's no need elaborating much as i believe you definitely know most of these stuffs i've listed
above.
One of the ideas is regarding a personal business plan i have in mind.
