A lot of times doing things one time can help you in the long term. In such case having a reliable set of system is always necessary. And that sort of the system is going to give you some direction in near future. So in order to build ahead or make some growth you need to have a system.
Building a system from scratch requires a lot of focus, letting go of things that don't work and also finding out where you want to go from that point onwards.

How do you develop system for growth?
You need to find out some of the tasks that you do on regular basis. And then you have to find out if you can delegate those works. And then once you start to automate and delegate you can then develop your system for the growth.
So find out what you can automate. What are some things you do on daily basis and what you can postpone. Have the planner for the same and then try to automate or do things in advance.
How do you add new changes into the system?
Sometimes when you keep on moving with things that works, you need to understand what are some system that you need to add. Some of the times we don't know what are some changes we can't add. Find out what's easy to add and start with it and then find out how to add the difficult changes.
For example daily writing 5000 words means you don't have time for the video or audio. So find out if you can write in advance and then move to other tasks. This is something takes time to do for growth.
How to get rid of what doesn't work?
The most crucial part of the system is getting rid of things that don't work. So not having the attachment to those things is what is necessary in the system.
Is something failing? Is it stopping your growth? Then you have to find ways to get rid of it or find out ways to bypass that. That is how you can find your ways around the system for the growth.

Nice one, it feels good seeing you write this article which is very useful and important in our life's for us to create a system for growth.
This is what many of us so not know about life, most times is not advisable to base you growth on an existing growth rather we have to create our own system for growth no matter how small it be. It is more reliable to offer support in need than existing growth set by someone else.

Building up a system that will help us grow is really something we need to consider very well before doing so that it won't be a failure tomorrow and keep us stranded.
