Community Growth Report on 16th June 2021

Every Wednesday I publish the Community Growth reports. This week is a bit different.

Engagement has once again reached new heights. Pick up any post and you would see so many comments on it.

Impact of Daily Lottery

Last week @gimmetricks1 made a comment stating that there is a growing impact of daily lottery on engagement. This initiative is started by @vempromundo.pob and is comparatively new. However, the action was seen. Out of the total engagement Daily POB contributes to 4% of the total interactions.

At-least the numbers of the last eight weeks tell us the story that #pob is growing organically.
The community growth report based on the parameters I have already identified reveals that in absolute numbers the community is obviously growing but the % growth has now started stabilizing.

Highlights of the week

• 949 (Last week 837) subscribers to the community - Growth of 13.4%.
• 946 (Last week 839) active users who may not be subscribers but are actively posting through the different platforms using tag of proofofbrain. This indicates that there is a growth of 12.8% over past week. The more is the growth in active users more it leads to engagement.
• There are about 3578 (Last week 3387) investors who are holding at-least one or more token of #pob - Growth of 5.6%.

Engagement is the Key

The biggest and the most important number is the number of interactions. There are close to 8123 (Last week 7277) interactions in this community. This is one of the highest growth in the engagement, hope this is not the all time high.

As the community grows, engagement per user decreases. It is a simple maths. The denominator increases faster than the numerator. Since last couple of weeks the engagement per user is falling.

Based on the above numbers it is quite evident that the community has now entered the consolidation phase.
In coming weeks, the impact and engagement may have a different perspective. As the community grows in users, their behavior is likely to change based on the tokenomics.
