How much time to you spend on Hive?

I had a discussion with my wife and she complained that I spend too much time on Hive. To be honest, she's not totally wrong about that. I was wondering if this is the case for other people as well. The question today:

How much time per day on average do you spend on Hive ?

Could be longer if I'm writing a post, maybe plus two hours since I'd be doing some picture edits too, then there's rising star and splinter lands. Yep, that's about 6 hours including reading stuff on hive and games.

Hive...
For blog, I usually just spend around 1-2 hours
For games, I usually spend around 3-4 active hours with a total of around 12-15 hours/day
For market, I just spend around 10-30 minutes/day

I have to think about that. I was going to say 1 hour but if I add up checking posts, reading, etc, maybe about 4 hours. Wish I had more .

With all that we are doing, time adds up quite quickly and when you have an offline job, hours are often not enough :-)

Yeah, they don't like we enjoying our time on Hive :P
It is tough to answer. I am on Hive most of the time. The screen time info that I got on my computer says I am on my browser for more than 7 hours a day. That means I am using Hive and other websites.

With all of the hours I have been spending on my day job lately, I have not been spending as much as I would like. On the flip side, my wife would probably say I spend too much (except when we need to be in separate rooms). :)

It can be a struggle to put everything under the same hat. Especially if you have a time demanding day job. Then when you spend the sparse free time on hive, the family isn't that happy :-)

Well, I don't know how much time I spend on Hive, or if it's a lot or a little. But what I can tell you is that it is the social network that I use the most.

I started to use it 30 minutes per week to write a post. Now it's about 8 hours per day lol. It can be pretty invading into our lives :-)

I probably spend more time than I would like but I think I spend like 6 hours or so in total on HIVE. As I am single and I don't really have that many family obligations, it doesn't affect me too much.

I'm always on Hive if you count the whole ecosystem. If I'm not battling in Splinterlands, then I'm busking in Rising Star, or otherwise writing a post which also takes hours. Even when there's nothing to do I'm still flipping through these three mainly.

It was 2-3 hours, but now that I’ve botted my Splinterlands accounts it’s closer to 1.

May I ask what script you use for botting SL? I've thought about it a couple of times but I didn't really know if there was anything useful to do it.

A lot. 8-12 hours per day usually. If I need to take my eyes away from the screen I just lie in bed and listen to longer videos.

And yeah, I get complains!

Hive tends to be invading into ours lives and take more and more time. I hardly spend any time on websites that are not linked to hive :-)

Yes, at first when I started spending so much time on Hive I did get comments that I was playing around on the computer too much. Then I prepared a financial statement at the end of the month and showed how much I had earned from my time that changed the conversation to the positive. I don't get the comments anymore but I also share my earnings on a monthly basis to reinforce that there is a reward for my actions. Take care.

I actually did the same and showed my wife the value of my Splinterlands deck. Of course she wanted me to sell everything but it kind of gave me some credit for what I was doing :-)

This question just remind me on the mistakes I did for the pass 5 days, I first spend a lot of time on hive commenting on people post and voting them too, After that I spend crazy amount on time on listened, I never knew that listeners will take that much time, lately for the past 3 days I have been a splinterlanfs gamer lol 😆.
I left burn foods, because of this, I don't eat frequently as I us to, I don't move around. Some time I gusse I spent 19 hours doing one or two here on hive and I see the results, like on hive my upvotes have skyrock in my eyes, on listened I have extra gains, while on SPS I have reached dooming 2.
I don't regret all this but I have to fix my health now, before I get sick, starting now.

You should definitely take care of your health... All this stuff on Hive is awesome and great, but we shouldn't forget to do physical activities EVERY day... I was there before, and sometimes I got in that trap too, but I try to go for daily walks for at least 1-2 hours... It helps a lot!

Haha! Interesting question! Well, I spend about 2 - 3 hours on #HIVE playing #Hashkings and #Raisingstars 😉 And, it seems that I would spend more time if more good games #Liotes come on HIVE later! 🤩🍯🐝🐝
