Greetings to everyone on the #HIVE platform, and in the #ALIVE and #ProofofBrain communities, thank you for the opportunity to be able to participate. Today I continue with my #34 challenge, and start celebrating the joy of being alive.

Saludos a todos en la plataforma #HIVE, y en las comunidades #ALIVE y #ProofofBrain, gracias por la oportunidad de poder participar. Hoy continuo con mi reto #34, y empiezo a celebrar la alegría de estar vivo.

Today I have to thank all those people who in one way or another, have been pending the effects of the vaccine, fortunately, everything is going normally and I hope to continue like this to be able to continue with my activities normally, I think that the restart of the activities is getting closer and closer, as I have been waiting for so long during all this time, Perhaps the mind is playing one of its traps on us, it is like a kind of blockage, so much time has passed slowly and it seems as if the quarantine had started yesterday, well, I think it has happened to all of us who have complied with the confinement.

Hoy tengo que agradecer antes de continuar a todas aquellas personas que de una manera u otra, han estado pendiente de los efectos de la vacuna, afortunadamente, todo marcha con total normalidad y espero siga así para poder continuar con mis actividades normalmente, ya creo que se acerca cada vez más el reinicio de las actividades, como tanto lo he esperado durante todo este tiempo, que a pesar de haber sido prolongado, no hay mucho que recordar, pocas vivencias y muchas noticias que no quisiéramos revivir, quizás la mente nos esté jugando una de sus trampas, es como una especie de bloqueo, tanto tiempo que ha pasado lento en su transcurrir y parece como si la cuarentena hubiese empezado ayer, bueno, creo yo que nos ha sucedido a todos los que hemos cumplido con el confinamiento.

I have been researching, I have new projects in mind and it has to do with the same area but with the incorporation of new materials in the work area, I am already organizing new ideas, as I say I am still researching, it is practically like continuing to study but this time on my own initiative, looking for the resources myself and without any teacher to correct you or tell you if it is right or wrong, I had a professor at the university who kept repeating that the books had the maximum qualification, although sometimes they themselves arrived with corrections to the literature cited, either by a translation error, wrong wording or wrong sources, although in science it happens very often when there is a scientific advance and makes a book obsolete for having outdated information.

He estado investigando, tengo nuevos proyectos en mente y tiene que ver con la misma área pero con la incorporación de nuevos materiales en el área de trabajo, ya estoy organizando nuevas ideas, como digo todavía sigo investigando, es prácticamente como seguir estudiando solo que esta vez por iniciativa propia, buscando yo mismo los recursos y sin ningún profesor que te corrija o te indique si está bien o mal, tuve un profesor en la universidad que repetía a cada momento que la calificación máxima la tenían los libros, aunque a veces ellos mismos llegaban con correcciones a la literatura citada, bien sea por un error de traducción, redacción o fuentes equivocadas, aunque en la ciencia ocurre muy seguido cuando hay un adelanto científico y deja obsoleto un libro por tener una información caducada.

There is some information that I was given about the vaccine, and it is that practically the total immunization is achieved 21 days after the second dose of the vaccine, therefore, it is our responsibility to take more care of ourselves during that period of time so as not to lose the vaccine, in the same way alcoholic beverages are contraindicated, I think I have already mentioned that. I must admit that today I was a little late for the publication, because the day went by very fast and I think I am already feeling sleepy, I don't think it is an effect of the vaccine because of the time it is, besides I have already stopped drinking coffee for several months, because it was causing insomnia, and the lack of sleep was making me cranky and in order not to complicate my life I decided not to drink coffee for a while, and it really worked.

Hay cierta información que me suministraron a cerca de la vacuna, y es que prácticamente la inmunización total se logra a los 21 días de haberse colocado la segunda dosis de la misma, por lo tanto, es nuestra responsabilidad cuidarnos más durante ese periodo de tiempo para no perder la vacuna, de igual modo está contraindicado las bebidas alcohólicas creo que ya eso si lo haba mencionado. Debo admitir que hoy se me hizo un poco tarde para la publicación, pues se me paso el día muy rápido y creo que ya me está atacando el sueño, no creo que sea un efecto de la vacuna por la hora que es, además tengo ya varios meses que deje de tomar café, ya que me estaba causando insomnio, y la falta de sueño me estaba poniendo de mal humor y para no complicarme la vida decidí no beber café por un tiempo, y en verdad funciono.
