The experience of a brain wave is has a result of electrical impulse inside the brain.

The brain experiences this kind of impulse majorly in the morning from the sleep. "I experienced a brain wave when i woke up this morning and it resulted to the ideal of these topic". Most brain wave are resulted to clever ideals about events or structures most people want to develop.
The brain experiences few millionth of a volt and they are majorly five widely recognized brain waves and main frequencies of human EEG {ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAM}; according to research. The major characteristics of the brain waves been listed are;

  • Alpha(ą)
    Study discussion; discovered that the alpha wave in the brain give the frequency of 8-12Hz; which means the brain is very relaxed and having a passion attention at that particular moment.
  • Beta (ß)
    This shows that the brain creates at least 12-35Hz of frequencies that proves the brain to be in anxiety, active, relaxed and having external attention.
  • Gamma (Y)
    With the frequency of > 35Hz shows the full concentration by the brain. The gamma experience in the brain show full force of focus and most time stores more of information at this period.
  • Delta (ə)
    The brain experience a frequency of 0.5-4Hz because the brain is at rest;(i.e. the shows that we are asleep).
  • Theta (ø)
    The Theta frequency by the brain can be related to the Alpha experience by the brain but then the Theta shows the brain to be inwardly focused and also deeply relaxed with the frequency of 4-8Hz.

The frequency in the brain shows that the higher charges shows more function in the brain compare to the lower charges. That is why most times artificial electrical changes are been used to revive a person in shock or unconsciousness just to jek the brain back to its normal state. This is done when the right amount of charge is been passed on into the brain from the chest of the person. The use of EEG(Electroencephalegram) is an artificial test used to detect the brain pulse and also electrical activities inside the brain.
#EEG also creates so side effects in the brain after constant use; because it changes the brain wave activities,such that it is been observed during the transition from wake to sleep state and vice versa. The transition from wake to sleep involves changes from faster activity (á/â-rhythm) to slower activity (è/ä-rhythm). Therefore, this is a reduction in the eye blinks followed by slow eye movements and attenuation of the posterior dominant á-rhythm. On quantitative EEG measures, during or after periods of sleep deprivation, researchers and study have shown the progressive increase in è and ä power in the EEG background, and it correlates with subjective sleepiness. Furthermore, the changes noted correlated well with slowing of RT(Reaction Time) and increased errors on vigilance task. Increased frontal slow activity is a prominent feature seen on sleep-deprived EEG and it suggests that frontal regions are more susceptible to sleep deprivation effects than other regions in the brain. Although the data is limited and similar EEG findings have been observed in people who experience OSA(Obstructive Sleep Apnea).

#Brain waves at times cause more dizziness when you get up from sleep and also few head aches by not seeing clearly that is why you are required to just close your eyes for some time till you regain your sight.
