POB Governance - What will the make up of this team look like.

A few days ago I wrote posted a proposal to look at POB governance and how we can put in place a team to determine how to drive this tribe forward. My proposal was this:
- @proofofbrainio creates a post calling for nominations from the community
Candidates nominate through a post - Members who hold STAKED tribe get to vote for nominees - a proportional vote system is needed depending on stake held?
- Gov Team is developed and produce a post out lining governance and proposal rules
- Gov team can access @pob-fund to fund proposals that meet guidelines and are accepted by the community
- Gov team re-elected annually of biannually (a year is a long time in crypto)
Now I really didn't get any engagement on the Governance side of things or any real feedback from the wider community. I find this interesting as this really is an important component of the tribe and how we can push forward with some improvements.
I would suggest that an elected governance team could work together with @proofofbrainio to put together a dedicated roadmap with input from the community. This would require some dedication from nominated members initially, but I believe this would be fruitful for the tribe and token price going forward.
So I would like to put this out there, who would like to see a governance team elected for the POB tribe to determine a roadmap and how the @pob-fund can be spent to support the rollout of a roadmap?
I would be more than happy to invest some time with some like-minded people in developing the future for the tribe? It all depends on how engaged others might be in wanting to drive further improvement...

I'll can help out...I have some spare time -...although I'm not sure what I can do...except for what I do already.
The little that I have read about the beginnings of Bitcoin, it was Satoshi who presented the route, and along the way he found some allies who decided to delegate part of the reins of what we now know as the Genesis currency.
Based on that I would like to contribute, that it is possible that @proofofbrainio already has some plans up its sleeve.
and in this case acting desperately proposing a governance to carry out something, outside of that possible plan, leaves more an impression of own benefit to a collective good.
If we consider that the community is relatively young, it may be good to let some time go before choosing a team. And I'm going to leave you an example of this.
When you decide to share with a person with whom you feel a certain attraction, it does not cross your mind to marry her, even as much as you like it, I do not think that in 4 months you will want to make that decision.
First you know her, you look at her virtues and defects (which you never get to know 100%) after a prudent time has passed, you decide to make a decision that is much more serious like this.
It could have been any example but I only came up with this one at the time, surely there are more examples that manage to fit this.
Now comes the question:
If you received little interaction in what you proposed, could it be taken as a negative answer?
Perhaps the community for now does not think that is convenient, and only some are interested in looking for something beyond a collective interest ...
I'm sorry that feel that way and that my efforts to build a team to push forward with development and further the tribe come across as me trying to push an agenda for my own benefit. In the absence of anything concrete from @proofofbrainio, we cannot continue to just hope that there are things happening behind the scenes. yes, there may be a plan but I have not heard or seen anything regarding a plan. Some members of the community are alrady pushing ahead to improve the front-end but I'd like to hear from @proofofbrainio to see what the roadmap is and how we continue to improve the tribe and token overall.
Everyone is free to think as they see fit, in the sense that I respect their point of view, although I do not share it.
The way you express yourself here is something you should be happy about, in communities like Musicforlife, just by contradicting some thought or way of acting of its creator, they silence you and even remove you from Discord, their arguments are that it is a centralized one. and private community spoken word for word by the founder.
Here anyone can say almost what he wants and everything is normal ... Can I ask for something else?

That's what I m waiting for. PoB governance is very important. Some POB users worry about too many shit posts on the platform. Shit posts and spam posts will be part of the platform when POB is going to be massed used. POB will not only for hive users but also for non hive users. When you drop by twitter and facebook, you will see trash posting but the platforms grow.
POB with million active users, there will be more daily shit, useless posts. Flagging users will make negative for non-hive users who want to join. With POB governance, all those useless posts will be managed and controlled in wiser way. So POB will be exclusive platform but friendly to new users.

I think a better governance option would be something like @archon-gov. Maybe we should get @taskmaster to set it up for us with @pob-fund. That way we can have stake weighted voting on proposals.
