Doing a curation work is not something easy. But I am not referring to the effort for her to occur, but that is something where there is a need not to err. I say this because often a user may not understand why a publication his had as low rewards and another high. Did not he notice? Do you like it? And many of these questions will stay in no response time, because there is no way the curators respond to each post they did not vote. One of the reasons is to be beaten, not seeing, maybe the user has posted at some point that the curator has just voted and turn off the computer and when he returned to vote plus this post was no longer among the first in the new tab.
Reading the post We're All Pob Curators from @calumam, the idea of this post came to light.
To reward those who generate quality content and also engagement, I come to summon the aspiring curators of POB community to help me once again in improving the curatorship.

Brain hunters are people who still do not have a great voting power, but whoever has in their essence the desire to have a curatorship. And to help those who are with this goal is time to look for quality content.
I read about 20 to 30 different posts when I'm going to do the curator and start voting according to the content exposed, as there are many posts I can not stop to read all comments from each post.
For this I need you that you are always looking to interact in the highest number of possible posts, with the aim of being noticed and consequently increase your voting power.
Whenever you see some comment on a post that you think is worth more than the value he is at the moment (no matter if 0 or 10). Interact with this comment and at the end tag me, saying that you think the comment above deserves a little more reward for having a response to high quality post. So besides I vote the comment (in case you really need it), I will vote yours too (obviously each one in its own value).
It sounds a bit like Luv, Wine, Beer, Pizza, that we are accustomed to seeing around, but the goal is to reward who is interacting with valuation comments and non-standard empty responses. We have to reward who is doing all the work of community engagement and ask.

Fazer um trabalho de curadoria não é algo fácil. Porém não estou me referindo ao esforço para que ela ocorra, e sim que é algo onde há uma necessidade de não errar. Digo isso porque muitas vezes um usuário pode não entender porque uma publicação sua teve tão baixas recompensas e outra alta. Será que ele não foi notado? Os curadores não gostam dele? Será que deveria diversificar o conteúdo, pois aquele postando não rende?
E muitas dessas perguntas irão ficar no tempo sem resposta, pois não há como os curadores responderem cada postagem que não votaram. Um dos motivos é passar batido, não ter visto, talvez o usuário tenha postado em algum momento que o curador tenha acabado de votar e desligar o computador e quando retornou para votar mais essa postagem já não estava entre as primeiras na aba Novo.
Lendo a postagem We're all POB Curators do @calumam, a ideia dessa postagem me veio a tona.
Para recompensar quem gera um conteúdo de qualidade e também engajamento, venho convocar os aspirantes a curadores da comunidade POB para me ajudar mais uma vez na melhoria da curadoria.
Os caçadores de cérebro são pessoas que ainda não possui um grande poder de voto, mas quem tem em sua essência o desejo de ter uma curadoria. E para ajudar quem está com esse objetivo está na hora de procurarmos conteúdos de qualidade.
Eu leio cerca de 20 a 30 postagens diferentes quando vou fazer a curadoria e começo a votar de acordo com o conteúdo exposto, como são muitas postagens eu não consigo parar pra ler todos comentários de cada post.
Para isso eu preciso de você que está procurando sempre interagir no maior número de postagens possíveis, com o objetivo de ser notado e consequentemente aumentar o seu poder de voto.
Sempre que você ver algum comentário em uma postagem que você acha que vale mais do que o valor que ele está no momento (não importa se 0 ou 10). Interaja com esse comentário e ao final me marque, dizendo que você acha que o comentário acima merece um pouco mais de recompensa por ter sido uma resposta a postagem de grande qualidade. Então além de eu votar o comentário (caso de fato necessite), votarei o seu também (obviamente cada um no seu devido valor).
Soa um pouco parecido com o LUV, WINE, BEER, PIZZA, que estamos acostumados a ver por ai, porém o objetivo é recompensar quem está interagindo com comentários valorozos e não respostas padrão vazias. Temos que recompensar quem está fazendo todo o trabalho de engajamento da comunidade eacontecer.

Sometimes I feel curation sometimes can be difficult because it can be a sentimental thing, plus the workload of reading and assessing it like you said. Anyways subconsciously we're all curators and I think POB is still new and people would find that formula soon, curation is a big deal. You're absolutely doing a whole lot
You bring a nice point of view, sometimes curation is a sentimental thing, and ideological thing too, if the person doing the curation like the idea basis or the people who made it, the content may not have quality, sometimes not even a rational meaning, but the upvote happens... this is an interesting thing.

Curating is not that very easy especially when some users think the curator is been biased....
I agree, so to decentralize the curation a little, leaving for users to mark me in comments so that the distribution occurs is a way to avoid this
This is an excellent friend so not only does your work lighten a bit but it also gives you the opportunity to reach more people.

Yes. Curation is a big job. It is the most important job there is here on POB. But it is fun when there is so much good content here. POB is the #1 Place to blog these days.

This is a brilliant idea. I guess there is a lot of scope to curate the good content posted in comments. Some times even some good posts are under valued and i will try to post a comment and will try to get your attention to such posts as well. This is i guess a very unique and innovative concept and could have happened only on #pob
It doesn’t bother me at all to be marked, on the contrary, I’m motivated to respond whenever possible, and if it’s quality and I don’t have an answer, at least cast a vote
Ideia muito interessante, vi algumas pessoas falando sobre "bias", ou seja, inclinação para certos curadores apoiarem conteúdo porque gostam de alguém ou da ideia, mesma que a qualidade não seja tão boa, mas acredito que o tempo trará respostas e o potencial dessa sua ideia poderá continuar se desenvolvendo.
Não escondo de ninguém que sempre que possível tento curar os brasileiros, mas isso não é regra da curadoria, e obviamente que se um brasileiro não fizer um conteúdo de qualidade eu não darei o voto, é apenas uma questão de olhar com olhos um pouco melhores quando é um conterrâneo o escritor, já na hora do voto todos são iguais
