This fungus was on one of the cashew tree roots. According to one of the search results given by the Lens application, it may be Pleurotus albidus.
I did not find information on this one, but I will take advantage of mentioning that there are the so-called Entomopathogenic fungi, which are those that grow on the bodies of certain insects that are harmful to some plants and destroy them, so they become protectors. This is the class of fungi that some farmers use to control certain pests.
