Cardinal Coffea: How I Miss!!☕🤍

The minimalist and clean (crisp) interior of the coffeehouse was what drew me in. I remember my friend Sarah and I were walking around Capitol after a long day of job hunting. It was humid around 3 in the afternoon and we both wanted to grab icecold lemonade and chill in a café. 🍹

We were supposed to go to Bo's Capitol but when we passed by Cardinal Coffea - with its nice-looking interior on full display what with the glass walls - I wanted to check it out. 🤍

I was so glad we did because from then on it was where the gang would hang out. Their iced lemonade was just 90 PHP and their coffees of good quality were around 150 PHP. What I loved the most was their pastries! 🥐

Did you know that they are famous in Cebu for their breads, cakes, and pastries? Yep they sure are. Their bestsellers are the "infamously" delicious yema buns! They are REALLY GOOD at such affordable price! 🍰

As you can see in these photos the interior is LEGIT, right? I love the colour palette and the design. That is why when the pandemic hit I was so sad to see that they only open for take out - and even until now. There is no "dine-in" option anymore. 😭 I really hope they would open soon, especially that the classes are almost going to open this end of August - I REALLY HOPE SO!! 🙏
