Hello everyone, Welcome to the second task of the Newbies Initiative. This task covers the topic: Hive Guidelines, Markdowns and Use of Tags which was tutored by @samostically.

NEWBIES INITIATIVE TASKS

The task for this topic is very simple and only requires you to answer the following questions:

  1. How has been your experience with Hive since you joined?

  2. Why is Plagiarism Frowned Upon on Hive

  3. Explain why the use of tags is very important on Hive

  4. List some general tags you know on Hive. Explain the difference between these tags.

La tarea para este tema es muy sencilla y sólo requiere que respondas a las siguientes preguntas:

  1. ¿Cómo ha sido tu experiencia con Hive desde que te uniste?

  2. Por qué está mal visto el plagio en Hive

  3. Explica por qué el uso de etiquetas es muy importante en Hive

  4. Enumera algunas etiquetas generales que conozcas en Hive. Explica la diferencia entre estas etiquetas.

Hello.
I am new to Hive and want to ask something about it.
The last time, also the first and only time, I received author reward was more than twenty days ago. How often are we supposed to received author reward?
My used to be able to make a post or 2 when I have 100% resource credit, my HP has not changed, but I am not able to make a new post now. Any idea?

You earn author rewards when you make some rewards on your articles, and from what I have seen in your profile, you have not been making rewards on your article. For the author reward you received about 20 days ago, this was due to the upvote you got from a comment which you made on someone's article.

By the way, you make author rewards on each posts you make 7 days after the post has been published.

Thank you for answering.

So I won't receive anything from those 0.00x upvotes?
I checked that upvote it says $0.16 but I got around $0.04 worth HP and $0.04 HBD. What is with the other $0.08?

Btw, for some reason I cannot make a single new post now even when my RC was 100%. It used to cost around 50% I think. My Hp hasn't changed since a few posts ago I believe Is the required RC increased?

I am truly sorry for sending this after the due date and in a late fashion. Due to my preparation for an exam, I missed the deadline. I have so attempted to balance the time I spend learning from lectures with the time I spend getting ready for exams. As I stated in my article, I am willing to face any discipline for the delayed publication.
