I Am Alive Challenge Day 48 - #IAAC
Hello fellow #IAAC members! I am happy that I can again say that I am #ALIVE!
Back Safe and Sound
So I'm back from my vacation. It was a very nice visit and we had great weather the whole time we were there. Thought I'd drop another pic or two from my trip.
The smoke from the western fires really messed with the sunsets, but in a good way. There was so much smoke the “colors” from the sunset started nearly 1 hour before setting. That and the clouds really made for nice sunset watching on this day.
Lots of driftwood laying around on the beach. Some not so pretty (stumps) but this piece looked very nice especially with the flowers growing behind it.
The security at the state park was not all it was quacked up to be.
Lots of Driving
We drove this trip rather than flying. All in all I think I put about 2000 miles on my car in a bit less than a week. Luckily I didn't have any car problems and the traffic wasn't too bad. My wife and I took both legs (there and back) in two days so that made the trip a bit easier.
