Busy Day At Work
My main project is taking off and it is keeping me on my toes. But it is cool because it is the launch of something I've been working on so long. Its off to a bumpy start due to funding issues, but it seems like it is going to be a successful start anyway.
Watched a Good Video on Running Python on Heroku
Today I watched a video about how to deploy python apps on Heroku that really helped me understand how Heroku works, and how to deploy phyton apps. It is a video showing how to deploy a twitter bot, but goes over the basics of running apps on Heroku.
I'm hoping any day now it will all come together and I can go boom bang pow... up and running. But that is a ways off yet.
My Ego Has Been Smashed In Splinterlands
Last week I thought I was the man and just walked right into Diamond III. Well yesterday really showed me I'm still not all that. I went something like 5 and 100. It was bad. Real bad. I managed to complete my quest and earn some DEC but it tested my patience and put me in a foul mood.
