Yep sometimes- and most times, that's all you can do- suck it up Buttercup....
nothing wrong with that.
As long as all the bad things that have impacted you along the way, you try to fix first... and then if you have exhausted every avenue and still can't change those bad things- then yes-it is what it is- suck it up buttercup...lol...😄
