Hello, friends of the community, a day with a lot of rain in my village and a maximum of 28ºC.
When we buy food we have to plan what we are actually going to eat, sometimes to save money we buy in quantity, and then that amount is not consumed in the stipulated time and we are damaged, sometimes the opposite happens, we spend more just to buy the small presentation, and now and then we are buying the small presentation that will cost us more than the full presentation, we have to analyze what is our lifestyle, what is the way we consume, so we will know what is the best way to optimize and better yield our money, so at the end of the month, we will see that we have saved a lot of money.
I am alive, thank you for your support.

I invite you to the community chat for any questions or suggestions, every day there is a topic for you to participate, we are waiting for you. We Are Alive Chat

Great to hear that you are alive Edgar, but sorry that food is so expensive that you need to plan it based on cost rather than eating healthy food, thanks for sharing and stay safe, awesome and alive.

Oh, I completely hear you @edgerik. Food is an expensive part of a family budget these days. When I go shopping I tend to stock up on specials when I have a bit extra money but only on things that will not spoil, but this isn't possible with fresh produce. With fresh produce, I tend to buy what I need for the week. It is false economy to buy bigger quantities of something that I may or may not consume before its expiry date. Sure if we end up eating it, we have saved, but unless I am certain this will happen, I will stick with the smaller quantity. Thank you for sharing. It can be a conundrum and I !LUV that you are alive my friend. Here is some !PIZZA to tide you over :-)

I am glad you are able to buy in larger quantities and plan your meals out so that it saves you funds. Sorry to hear the prices are high and that you must do this out of necessity. Take care.

"Not Spending too much" and "not being stingy" either along with "don't waste"- are the principles of a monetary lifestyle. And yes, we need a solid plan for all of these.

Congratulation on completing the challenge for 157 days. Stay safe and !ALIVE

Hello dearest friend @edgerik, You have explained really useful point to us because so many people who are living the world waste their money for unnecessary foods. Actually we have to consider what really want and what are our lifestyle. Then we can save more funds for future requirements.

Wow, it is good to know how you try to navigate on the issue of food and the amount of the food items to buy. Sometimes it is good to buy I large quantities to save money and them battle with preserving them. I do same too, hahaaaha. However I avoid buying perishables like veggies in large quantities; only buying what is needed at the moment. Thank God you are alive and it gladdens my heart to know that you also hate wasting food. Keep it up buddy.

that's not good.
Yes, food is getting expensive and sometimes you tend to compromise.
My problem is i tend to sometimes buy food and not use it and it expires and have to throw it. Thats a waste.
I try not to do it, but it happens.

Anyways, thanks for highlighting it

take care and stay safe

Hahahaha.
The cost of food is now high worldwide.
The bigger the quantity the more bonus it has.
Congratulations for being on the spotlight today.
It's nice seeing you there bro
