Hi there and welcome to my vlog, my name is Erik Gustafsson and I go by the handle @flaxz on 3speak, CTPtalk and Hive.
Replanning - I Need Sleep Too - Planning For Rest
In this video I talk about some replanning that I just made, I need to sleep too and I have used too much night time to work on.
This is why I did not do a video yesterday, I had to rest up so I could start everything earlier today, and be able to go to bed on time, preferrably before midnight, and definitely not after 2am as I have done lately.
I have also reorganized my daily task list to better work with this and to start things earlier, hopefully this will all go well.

Yeah getting up in the morning is certainly not the easiest, and why I need to go to bed earlier so I can do that, I wish you an awesome day.

tokens.Well, I was joking in that CTP Breaking News video, but you DO NEED more sleep and you should think about your health... I have been there before, and I'm still sometimes in that vicious cycle, but it's bad for my health... so, I try to avoid over-working, over-stressing, etc...

tokens.I am REALLY glad you are putting yourself first. I worry about you overdoing it. So, it's good that you are reorganizing and taking care of your health. I can become a workaholic, too, and it really increases my anxiety and burns me out. So now I am going to bed earlier, taking Saturdays off and tweaking ways I do my tasks each day. It seems to be helping!
So, enjoy your much needed sleep & I think you will be just as productive working smarter, not harder per se...

It may seem counter-intuitive, but sometimes we need a bit (or a lot) of rest to become even more productive. Because nothing gets done when you are in a burnout state.

For me sleep is paramount to keep a clear head and to be productive. I believe it's a good idea to adapt your scedule so that you can include enough sleep :-)

tokens.If you always keep going, you might be overwhelmed at some points. It is better to take some rest and reschedule the task. I'm also doing this. Just watching your videos to see what you are up to. :)
Yes that is very true, and it's easy to get overwhelmed when all day is planned out with tasks and then you get something unplanned that needs to be dealt with right away.
