Bed Weather Wednesday | IAAC 174th

It's finally midweek! A very rainy Wednesday at that too... ☔☔☔ so I had to battle with myself to get up and out of bed today. If I had paid leave, I would have availed of it. 😂🤣

One sad news though is one of the kittens, Riz, was found lifeless. 😿😿 he was feeling weak but managed to recover some strength. He even made it to the vet last Sunday. Unfortunately, whatever was ailing little Riz wasn't visible to the vet. 😑😑 I will miss the little one, as he was becoming my fave.

It was time for banana leaves run once again... Here's my short clip as I trekked by the neighborhood mall...

And finally, they have completed the Christmas tree!! Looks kinda sad, huh? I suppose it's the gloomy backdrop. It rains intermittently, so it's best to be carrying an umbrella or donning on rain gear.


Fast forward to my afternoon talk.. My emotions are running high lately, and I badly need some form of retreat. Yup! Lately I'm feeling a bit tired with having to do most of the house work and chores that I feel a bit burned out. Instead of working on my issues, I'm clashing with the people in my household. No fun. I've become a grouch. 😑😑 I will need to work on it though. Let's see what I could come up with. 🤔🤔

On the Hive front, I do hope that the HF will happen smoothly and that we'll hardly experience any glitches. It's no fun when the system is wonky, to say the least. It's all wait and see. 😉👍🏼

😂🤣 that's at the mall. We don't decorate for the holidays 🤓🤓 so far Gab is doing okay. Mom had her wrapped in a blanket earlier. She's sleeping on Mom's lap too. At this point, I don't want to lose any more kitties 😑😑

If we dont do things for ourselves then it is harder to do things for others.

Aww girl...I am sorry to hear about Riz. :( I am always rooting for those little ones...I hope the other babies are doing well as well as Mowee.

I totally get what you mean about the emotional swings...I have been the same lately & just trying to give myself grace. Sometimes it is due to lack of sleep so I know usually I need to get more of that as well as not overdoing it. I tend to be a workaholic at times so I am always trying to rebalance things....I always like to blame it on the Mercury Retrograde he he. :)

It will be okay - just try to take a little time for yourself, even if it's reading a book or meditating; whatever brings you peace. Just even 30 minutes can make a difference.

Yes, I like that we get PAID for the games. Even though I don't get to play them as much as I'd like to, they are fun and it's cool to know we earn crypto. I think a lot of people just aren't aware of them yet but give it time & eventually it will become a norm imho...

My heart is still breaking over little Riz, but he fought a good fight. Mowe still has the two little ones that we need to focus on. I sure hope all will be well from hereon. Mom has taken a sudden interest to caring for Gab. I think the little one likes the attention.

It's been really rainy these past few days. It truly makes me want to just stay in bed 🤣😂 yeah I suppose getting my much needed rest and sleep will help improve my mood.
