Shout Out To Those Creating Content in 2020 (#IAAC 077)

Content Creation, especially in personalized video format, has always been a struggle.

The best content creators have seen mental breakdowns/burn outs as they try to keep up with the demand for high quality content.

In 2020, it has gone a step further, a lot of the usual content can't currently be made due to Covid restrictions.

So a special Shoutout to those who still create, even when circumstances are far from ideal.

It is great to see you back on cam! :) I have missed your vlogs....

There are so many amazing Content Creators out there, both on & off the blockchain. You are right - it's not as easy as it looks & there's always that silent "pressure" to keep on your A-game... I do struggle with keeping things fresh & this week, I am on a technical break ... sometimes it proves helpful for creative flow later on...

While we definitely want to grow & expand in our work, 2020 did make it more difficult. However, I think, in a way, it pushed me to make better content. I am switching it up more, trying different genres & learning to edit better....fortunately, I get bored if it's the same thing all the time. :)

I commend you & others for being resilient in your content & still showing up. That is when the world sees the true creators! 💚

So... I'm really starting to wonder. Why is it that we don't allow ourselves a break. Or at least it feels like that sometimes.

Is it because others pull of streaks of posting daily for years? Is it the productivity gurus that teach us breaks are bad? Our own insecurity?

hello dear friend @jeanlucsr good day
Excellent, you say very true things, in a constant in audiovisual content creators, unlike what others think it is not easy to make videos, much less every day
I appreciate that you touched on the subject and gave your opinion
have a great day

Thanks @jlufer.
It's not easy indeed. That's why we have the IAAC community to support each other and people like you who put in time and effort to make everyone feel welcome. Thank you for that 🙏

Nice to see you here again, Jean Luc!

In every job, you get to the burn-out point... We aren't "produced" to be like a machine and do the same things every day... with the same level of quality, at the same time range...

Of course, I agree with your points from the video... All three things are creating the best mix, but someone is doing the "delivering message" thing better, others are doing editing, etc... The point is to do it until it's fun until you have full batteries...

When it stops being fun, it's time for a break and re-cap... And see how it goes... If it is "your thing" you will come back... ;)

Haven't really considered it being my thing, but it does help my creative process and having a place where I can freely speak my mind.

Definitely agree on the fun. I really need it to be fun. If I have to put it down as a task, it just feels different.
