Mid-Week Numbers Hustle

Happy Wednesday Fellow HIVERS!

Hope you are crushin' or about to crush the day?!

As for myself, it's rest day from my HIIT workouts; so was able to sleep a couple of extra hours. I normally get up at 4am and under the orange lights at the fitness studio at 5am, burning splats until 6am.

Yesterday's workout had me on a sweat mode, so it came at the right time for today's break: ESP Sweat Sesh

I'm a routine oriented individual, whether it's one of those acronyms associated with some of my habits or obsessions; I don't have professional's opinion or do I want one at this point of my life. Describe it as you will.

Anyway, I use Wednesdays to assess where I am at for the week. Not the month, not the year. I've learned to pace myself and take things a day at a time, but work hard on a daily basis to get to where I want to eventually get:

Yes, I live in Florida and No; I don't spend that much time on the beach; because??? LIFE! That's why!!

I digress.

Anyway, there will come a time where I will be living by a beach or at whatever beach I want to work from, at whatever day of the week and not worry about how one of our bills will be paid ON MY TIME (and my fiancé Tiffany's of course) and no one else's.

So, taking the time to see where I'm at, in the middle of the week is simply; am I happy with my production? If so, then I can continue building on that production to build on that momentum and end the week with positive results. If not, then I still have a few more days to make any adjustments or come up with a Plan B that will still make it a successful week.

This keeps me grounded, but motivated. Keeps me challenged, but hyped.

Taking this a step further, I've been a bit sloppy with figuring out my goal setting on HIVE. I don't want it to become about numbers in any space on-chain or off-chain, but it's a reality that needs to be addressed and/or monitored for the sake of progress; especially when my HIVE activity aside, I have online marketing goals that I came with; in the first place.

I've never been great with numbers, so it will forever be a thorn on my side; but thankfully, we are at a point that there are apps for most things and you can just figure it out from there or better yet follow folks who are good at it and learn from them. I just need to get the brain soak meter to level up a bit.

Now, I'll find a a groove with some of that and see what I can do to carve out a list and kind of show my progress for motivation as I continue to post content on the HIVE blockchain.

I have a J.O.B. and I have to put in a solid forty plus hours that includes a Saturday turn in the team's rotation and coincidentally this Saturday is my turn.

Working remotely full time allows for flexibility in giving as much time towards my HIVE activity, while still maintaining my family and fitness time; but I work at making sure that my goals are still set in stone and immovable.

Coming into HIVE and learning about it as a proud member of CLICK.TRACK.PROFIT has allowed me to put myself in a very good position to grow and reach my goals.

Of course, among other awesome tokens, I am investing in CTP, HE-Index and now LISTNERDS, which probably is the most direct positive impact for me; because it reverts back to how I came onto HIVE in the first place.

I was already branding myself, growing a list, growing downlines, etc., but needed to go way further on my quest to be in a whole other level. I was way behind and knowing what I know now, the decision saved me a lot of wasted time.

Admittedly, I've had to reconfigure a lot of my marketing and still doing so and trying to find a sweet spot in getting folks over to HIVE as opposed to just signing up to my list or ListNerds for that matter.

The re-launch of ListNerds and it being on this blockchain is a game changer and one that obviously created the perfect avenue from off-chain entrepreneurship to doing it in a way better setting on HIVE.

So streamlining my activities across the board is paramount to my own progress, but remaining a full-on contributor in this community.

BY THE NUMBERS

My new Lead Capture Page where I'm not giving away free ads is slower to build of course; but with that said - I have signed up 22:

This campaign is only about 2 weeks old, but I took a dip but I'm right back and that dip only means my lack of effort which I will be working on making it more consistent:

LEAD CAPTURE PAGE that I'm rotating currently:

I'm still hanging by a thread at #1 on the ListNerds Richlist with @thisismylife and @beststart hot on my heels:

Top 3 LN 03.16.22.png

The month of March has been kind so far with my ListNerds mailings:

03.15.22 - 03.10.22

I'm currently at 7 at 20 plus upvotes, 4 a few away out of 11 mails so far. Not guaranteed, but I should come away with some decent claims like this one this morning:

LN CLAIM 03.16.22.png

I've had a pretty good streak of claiming daily for over a week now if not more.

03.10.22 - 03.15.22.png

Those claims were coming from the early part of March:

03.01.22 - 03.09.22

03.01.22 - 03.09.22.png

Still a long way off and a lot of more effort to put into all this, but feeling good about the numbers.

I like the idea of a mid-week assessment sesh! It's nice to see where things are going well and where they need improvement, thanks for sharing😊

Lots of wrestling energy at the top haha, but I am really impressed with how you are pushing your businesses in lots of synergistic ways. On my end, I know the costs of burnout, so I am only taking on extra things that seem fun right now and avoiding stuff I am supposed to do only for others expectations, in whatever form that comes. I have my own sense of obligation to important people, my employer, the people I serve through my work, so that part of community is self-driving now. Bt I am not trying to create community or anything like that. Happy to support other folks though!

At the end of the day @pregosauce you have to do what’s right for you and your family- first and foremost. Everything else is sauce on pasta.

Taking a look at things mid-week isn't bad. I don't really do that much but it can definitely help you plan out the rest of the week.

This is an awesome post, Jimmy. Strangely enough, I'm too obsessed with numbers and tend to over analyse things. I've deliberately pulled back on my analysis of traffic and LCP effectiveness. I found taht I was overthinking it. I think you've got the balance right
