So sorry to hear that you're family swooped in making you feel inadequate, but unfortunately that's what they do and it makes you fell like they don't care or appreciate what you have done for your mum and dad- and them too, but they do and they will tell you so one day.

As long as you know that you did everything to the best of your abilities-and you mum was comfortable, then that's all that matters.

Hello, and thank you for that, @chocolatescorpi! I have since gotten several thank yous from my sisters. I just reminded myself that our goal was the same which was helping Mom and Dad and now we are helping my Dad. We just all have different ideas of how best to do that. So we are talking through it like the adults that we are and learning along the way. Have a great day! 😀

That's so great to hear Lisa, I am so happy that you guys are working together. Too many families can't- like mine (I have 2 very ...#@!$&%*..older brothers...) So I moved back to Melbourne and all I can now do is a phone call to dad once or twice a week to talk about the same things over and over again.
So yes, it's great that you guys can actually be mature adults about it. Good luck to you all and best wishes for your dad when you guys get to Fathers Day. 😊
