Given the current situation, we will inevitably have to move out of our comfort zone. What employers are doing at this point is exaggerating the workload of clients. In order for an organization to make a profit, most of the work must be done under a small number of employees. So moving out of my comfort zone also led to less work on the Hive platform. While this can sometimes be frustrating, it is definitely better to give priority to our job. Otherwise many things in our lives may be disrupted. We don’t have that much time but we inevitably have to manage time. It is beneficial in all respects to take the necessary action. Thank God you are alive. Stay safe. Have a nice day.

Thankfully that is not the situation in my case. We have been getting steadily increasing amounts of work, but the company is hiring and expanding accordingly. While I am taking up new challenges with new projects, old projects are handed over to other colleagues, so the workload stays the same, even though I am getting out of my comfort zone.
I think a move outside of the comfort zone only leads to growth, so we are both becoming better at what we do. Same goes for blogging on Hive about new topics you are not used to. :)
