## Hi everybody! Today is a bright day, even though a bit cloudy and grey on the outside, it's shining on the inside.

I wake up quite early and went shopping especially to buy food for my three cats. A lot of things need to be organized in the house, but I am optimistic about it. Lately, it rained almost daily and while waiting for the sun to come, I am grateful I am alive and healthy.

I also can't wait to make some house improvements this summer. It will be the first summer I will stay home after a long time of passing holidays here and there. Our family is now bigger - we added two more cats in the house, and now there are three - so, I somehow have to stay home with them this summer.

Anyway, I am grateful that my cats entered my life and I will take advantage of this time to feel alive and to enjoy some quality time with myself also. Time passes so quickly and you found yourself in some persistent actions that you have to question from time to time. So, I will take this time for that, and also for my cats, family, and friends.

Making plans is feeling alive and our inner state is so precious despite the environmental challenges. And here we go to another day with simple little fulfillments that make it all so different. The last weeks were quite busy for me, and I am so happy when I can say again ''I am alive'' because for me this ''alive'' has much to do with the fact of feeling free and optimistic about life and making best-self decisions.
