#IAmAliveChallenge Day 2
Good morning dear Hiveian friends! :)
Since I train Martial Arts 3 times a week and I just came back from training, here is a photo with my teacher (Sigung/Shihan).
It is very important to stay mentally and physically fit. It is also a great feeling to know what to do when you are physically attacked. This topic and this sport is important for me and I will report about it more often in my #IAmAliveChallenge and #HiveIsAlive Posts.

It is true what you say, this is one of those sports or activities that are very well known, since it does very good to the body and metal health and you never know when you may need to defend yourself.
