I am alive challenge - Day 08- Workout Day!

It's been so long, I haven't worked out and gyms are closed due to pandemic. So, today early morning I went to my neighbour/ friend's home where he has build up a little home gym with all such training machines, As he and his cousin are preparing for body building championship. which is super cool since things got halted for a while he asked me to workout with them so I went running up to his place and his house is just couple of homes apart from mine.

This is Day one of getting back after a month. I wanted to convey a message here that if you aren't consuming steroids which makes a shredded body then a long break can not squeeze your body, If working out has been halted still never stop taking nutritious food it's super good for your health an door body is actually a temple, please take care of it.

There s sun rising and shinning. Please find yourself lucky if you got recovered from the virus or never got one. People are dying every day in large numbers. What most we can do is thank our body and take super care of it!

I want to start a diet series if you guys are interested then I would love to start one which will work for everyone.

My son has been working out at home and also eating only good foods, warned mom & dad about the dangers of Covid as we run a bnb, been sending us immune boosters, but we need to start our own little workouts although we currently run up and down between the units with cleaning on days our staff work elsewhere but it's still not a proper workout, enjoy yours!
