My Government is Stupid... How about yours? 🙃 IAAC #79

It's official. My government is stupid. Last week they announced that they would be cutting of some road in the inner city to relief traffic pressure and ensure safety. Yes, you read that right. They thought less roads to travel on would relief traffic pressure and reduce traffic jams.... As you smart brothers and sisters on Hive may have already guessed, reducing the amount of routing options, actually increases traffic in the routes that are left. And that's exactly what happened today. 😂
Of course I saw this coming from a mile away. So last week I prepared everything to work this full week from home. I fall into the category of people who HAVE TO go through the inner city because I live in one district in the south and work in another district in the north. I heard that some people were stuck in traffic for 4 hours straight. Meanwhile everyone is supposed to be at home at 7PM according to the covid curfew. Job well done government. 10 Points to Slytherin.
One things for sure. I'm not leaving my neighborhood anymore this year.
