That flower thingi looks pretty cool! Or is it a sun? I'm not sure, either way I think I've mentioned before, I'm a bit of a sucker for swirlies XD

You seem to be playing around with a lot of different styles, how did you enjoy this one?

Ergh stupid algorithms I hate them. It's one of the reasons why I avoid trending/hot pages like the plague they are and I have continued studiously avoiding them here even though the only algorithms are people (and honestly in the chase for money that's only slightly better). It has been a useful discussion tool while my middle child has been on her Tiktok "career" (she is interested in posting on here as she knows she can actually earn, but is a bit reluctant because posting on here is a pain in the system when compared to pretty much everything else).

I'm close to seeing how Parkjinsuky, just love his style. The goal for now is understanding and replicating the style then convert it subtle to my own flavor.

The algorithms are an equalizer for everyone. Detrimental to those that don't understand how to adapt. It's no far from what we have on Hive without the automated features like having recommended users on your feeds and seeing overt ads from other users when scrolling down. Remove the resources credits and improve the search UI and we might get closer to most social media platforms.

And even then the methods of Public Relations are the same. You want to get your name out there you got to get invested on what other people are up to so that the favor gets returned, it's human nature to be driven to reciprocate. The algorithms that work factor this in plus weigh them with criteria that has a high chance for viral content to spread. It's Hive but automated and doesn't cost or earn you money, that's the general idea I have on these platforms.

On another noted: I'm thinking of getting more activity on ArtBees, I realize the concept behind the community is underrated.

If I wanted something like what the other socnets had I would have just stayed there and not bothered checking out anything new, would much prefer we keep playing around with things here than just mindlessly do what everyone else is doing because that's only working to some value of working XD
