Which Summoner you have in High Level on Splinterlands and why?

Splinterlands is an awesome game on the Hive platform and there is a lot to explore and uprade to hav eeven better experience. Not everyone has all the summoners of higher level because it costs quite high so I want that which summoners have on higher level already and why ?
