I am content playing @dcitygame so far. I've built up my city a little and right now I am just letting a little time pass so a few homeless and immigrants are randomly added to my citizen population number. By then the passive SIM income will be enough to buy a Job Center card to train them into being workers. Like my case you can spend as much or little time as you want depending on how fast you want to grow your city. You can just put a minimum investment in to generate a little passive income of daily SIM tokens to buy game items so it can be self-sustaining. There is a market section on dcity.io so any cards you buy can be sold to other users later.
