Higher metabolism means less fat stored, more energy, and good immune system. Reducing your food intake will cost you the healthy function of your thyroid gland, more stored fat and less muscle tissue. It is better to watch what you eat and observe how each type of food affect you.

  • Watch what you eat
    We all know that poor diet not only cause obesity but also stroke, heart disease, diabetes, and various types of cancer. Replace food contains high sodium and high fat with high fiber and high protein. Take food contains good fat (omega-3). Replace soda drink with water spiked with lemon or green tea.
  • Understand how stress makes you fat
    Our stress levels influence the way our metabolism processes food and burns calories. Reduce the causes of stress in your life and practice active relaxation.
