Those are similar to my habits! They are quite so keep them up! :D
I track my water intake daily and I try to hit at least 2L of water every single day with 10000 steps through Actifit + a short but intens workout :D

😃wow, that's great @cwow2. Though I can hardly finish 2Litters of water per day, it's always great to rehydrate more often before and after a workout. Great Actifit there👍 and Thanks for the great comment Admin😊.

I don't always get 2L but I do thrive to get it more often than not :p

I take a bit of creatine in water before working out so that keeps me hydrated!
