Below are how i manage stress;

  • By Frequent exercise: I often engages in morning exercises before the day's work and this has helped me alot to appear smarter and healthier, this helpful in managing stress.
  • Yoga: This helps in deep breathe taking. The more the flow of air through my lungs, the less the stress for me.
  • Rest: I relax whenever I'm stressed up. This help reduce stress
  • I take more of glucose shen exhausted which help in managing stress as well.

A continuación se muestra cómo manejo el estrés;

  • Por ejercicio frecuente: a menudo hago ejercicios matutinos antes del trabajo del día y esto me ha ayudado mucho a parecer más inteligente y saludable, esto es útil para controlar el estrés.
  • Yoga: Esto ayuda a respirar profundamente. Cuanto mayor es el flujo de aire a través de mis pulmones, menor es el estrés para mí.
  • Descanso: me relajo cuando estoy estresado. Esto ayuda a reducir el estrés
  • Tomo más glucosa cuando estoy agotada, lo que también ayuda a controlar el estrés.

I've tried yoga but I don't know how to breathe while doing it, I'll keep trying until I get the hang of it.
