What makes you happy? (Spanish)

Good reading!
What makes you happy?
Learning new things, knowing things and people that were unknown makes me happy, being active with that brain at a thousand, learning, gaining expertise in something I feel very good, I like to work, I find it pleasant when I do something I like and desire. Sharing knowledge, taking courses, and learning how to use new tools to make my job easier I love it.
When I am learning, ideas come to me, I become unstoppable, in fact it is beyond me because there is so much that I want to develop that I do not have enough time. That sometimes causes me stress, but other times I take a breath and just take one step at a time. Doing new things, like adding something to the mix of the “arepas” you eat every day or to the rice, like carrot or oregano, meeting other people and sharing with them, going to a new place, and above all being grateful.
So it would be a mixture of knowledge and having experiences, which would be summed up in just living. Only that everyone chooses the way to do it, and when they get to know each other, they figure out what really makes them feel good. In my case, being in a course or in a congress, working in a well-equipped laboratory, to which I have access when the ideas come to me, makes me feel very good. I remember once during the phase of my doctoral research that I lived in the university residence, in fact from the window I could see the entrance of the institute. Once I was developing an analysis that took several hours, and sometimes I programmed the equipment, I went home, set the alarm clock, and at midnight I got up, put on my pajamas, put on my winter clothes, went to the lab, turned off the sequence, set up another one and went back to sleep. I remember saying this is blissful happiness. Hahahahahah.
My invitation
The idea is not to be as others want you to be, or to imitate others, I am sure that not being authentic and staying in a sustained form of incongruence generates an imbalance that can even make us sick. So, ask yourself the powerful question of who you are, who you want to be and from that draw a plan. But yes, never stop dreaming.

Excelente tu post!!!
